CIArb Zambia Young Members Group Unveils Executive Committee

The CIArb Zambia Young Members Group (YMG) has announced its executive committee to oversee the group for the coming year.

The Zambia branch’s YMG has described the new executive, chaired by Muleba Joseph Chitupila, as embodying the ideal combination of youth, tenacity, determination, and a strong commitment to the development of alternative dispute resolution among young professionals across all disciplines.

The composition of the YMG Executive Committee represents the perfect blend of youth, tenacity, determination, and a solid commitment to the development of alternative dispute resolution amongst young professionals across all disciplines.

Other committee members include Kate Nalondwa, Chongo S. Musonda, and Kaluba Mwanza Lokossa.

CIArb’s YMG brings together dispute resolution practitioners under the age of 40 interested in building their careers in this fast-growing and dynamic field. They also have regular YMG forums with guest speakers who provide insight on a range of topics. 

Similarly, the YMG of the Zambia branch is open to all CIArb members aged 40 and under. The previous executive was led by Valerie Kawangu Chiyombwe and consisted of Tawila Anamela, Mbonela Newa Chilando and Muleba Joseph Chitupila.

CIArb Zambia unveiled YMG initiative on 22 March 2019, during the inaugural “ADR Open Day” at Lusaka’s Radisson Blue Hotel.
